The Princess Crown was the first ship out of the entire fleet to offer exclusive features to those who wanted a slightly unique cruise holiday. Many of the gathering spaces are on the smaller side, yet are designed efficiently, which ensures that no area gets overcrowded or cramped.
Each room on the Crown is comfortable and tastefully decorated, and they are all quite spacious considering they are on a ship. The cuisine seems the same at the main dining rooms, although the choices do vary from day to day. Those who are a little more adventurous with their choices may want to consider dining in the buffet area more, as there are more ethnic choices available there.
The theater inside the Crown has begun hosting a spinoff of The Voice, where they choose passengers during karaoke auditions to compete for The Voice of the Ocean title. There is plenty to keep passengers entertained all day long, whether it is the Wake Show on television in the morning, the numerous lectures, art gallery, or entertaining shows at The Piazza on Deck 5.
The Crown sets sail from Athens, Barcelona, Dublin, Fort Lauderdale, Paris, Rome, and a couple of other select cities, and once everyone is on board they sail to exciting destinations that include the British Isles, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Mediterranean. There are multiple excursions available for every port of call, so no one will have an excuse to stay on the ship during that time. However, some may choose to in order to experience the best that the ship has to offer when there are fewer people.
