Your pick-up time may be changed, if so, it will be between 5am and 1pm, the aim is to adjust it by only 30-60 minutes, however sometimes a more significant change may be necessary. In this case, the start time will be different than the one presented on your voucher and you will be informed via email and/or by WhatsApp, 12-24 hours before the amended start time. The starting time and duration of the tours are determined by the memorial's visitor service and regulations one day before.
On the rare occasion that there are no available guides for your group, we can offer you a 'Last Minute' option, which includes going to the ticket office to collect tickets for individual tours. Please be aware that this option is more expensive due to the ticket cost, requires an earlier departure and standing in line to collect the tickets. If this does not suit you, you will receive a full refund.
