CASSIDY TRAVEL | Experienced Travel Consultant

Cassidy Travel Ireland’s multi-award-winning Travel Agency and most recently winner of an incredible five awards at the ITAA awards to include ITAA travel agency of the year is seeking experienced travel consultants to work in our stores. You will be working alongside fellow knowledgeable professionals in lively upbeat retail spaces

You will be booking a variety of holidays, cruises, city breaks, sports packages and, long haul trips supplied by a wide range of airlines and tour operators. If you have previous travel experience and would like to work in the safety of an established and respected travel company then read on for further details.

What we need:

• Previous retail or wholesale travel experience or travel sales experience

• Confident seller and attention to detail

• Excellent geographical knowledge

• Ability to offer a high level of customer service and work in a team environment.

• Previous experience of working to and achieving sales targets

• A passion for the travel industry

CLASSIC RESORTS | Experienced Long Haul Travel Consultant

Classic Resorts Ireland’s multi-award-winning Long-haul Tour Operator and most recent winner of an incredible three awards at the ITAA awards ceremony to include Best Trade Team, Best Long Haul Tour Operator and best Irish Owned Tour Operator, is seeking experienced long haul travel consultants. You will be working alongside fellow knowledgeable professionals in our city centre office, Remote working also considered. You will be assisting and advising our travel trade partners in putting together a variety of exclusive high-end tailor-made long-haul trips, using our trade airlines and hoteliers around the globe. CASSIDY TRAVEL | Admin Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage bookings from start to finish • Making flight/hotel/car hire/transfer bookings • Assist Customers any with pre-travel related queries • Preparing and sending Travel Documents to Customers • Update bookings in our IT Systems • Keep in regular contact with suppliers regarding tickets • Reconciliation of daily payments and credit card processing • Balance chasing Qualifications • Minimum of 2 year’s experience as an administrator in the travel industry • Fluent English speaker with excellent written skills Behavioural Competencies

• Ambitious and with a hunger to learn

• Ability to act on own initiative and to take ownership of tasks assigned

• Strong structured approach and methodology

• Able to multi-task and project manage

• Clear and concise communication skills

Role: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
