Explore Medellin - Private City Tour

We will start our tour by heading to the famous Plaza Botero in the city centre, where you will be able to contemplate one by one the twenty-three voluptuous statues that our most representative artist, the master Fernando Botero, has donated to the city. These 23 monuments have earned him a privileged place inside the Museum of Antioquia, where your private guide will show you the most recent collection of the master Botero called Circo, among other fascinating local and national artists. 

Upon arrival you will be able to make yourself comfortable, use the restrooms and have a drink while taking amazing photos. There is a cafeteria and restaurant and it is recommended that you bring cash for additional expenses as we cannot guarantee that they will take credit or debit cards. After a visit to the Museo de Antioquia and Plaza Botero, your private tour will head to the Museo Moderno where month after month new proposals from contemporary artists are exhibited. 

Finally, we will visit the majestic El Castillo Museum and its enchanted gardens, in the financial area of El Poblado, which will give you a clear vision of the drive of the first paisas entrepreneurs such as Mr. Diego Echavarría, founder of one of the most important textile companies in Colombia such as Coltejer and its headquarters in the city centre, one of the tallest constructions in Medellín in recent times (36 floors high). 

You can choose the order in which you want to visit these museums, if you have a special preference or if you want to spend more time in one place than another. At the end of the tour, we will take you back to your accommodation.
