Sal Island - Moto Quad Tour

The south coast can be explored by quad bike via a network of tracks. This itinerary includes a visit to the ancient saltworks of Santa Maria, followed by a stop at Kite Becah Beach, where kitesurfing is practised.

The tour then proceeds to Serra Negra, a renowned breeding ground for turtles during the months of July, August and September. The return journey takes in Murdeira, Calheta Funda and Ponta Preta. Alternatively, the island can be explored with the accompaniment of a professional guide.
