The Coffee and Cocoa Route - Half-Day Tour

During this beautiful and interesting tour, we will have the opportunity to learn about one of the most consumed products in the world: coffee and cocoa. We will discover all the secrets behind making that delicious cup of coffee. This tour will undoubtedly leave you with a very good taste in your mouth.

At the agreed-upon time, we will pick you up from your hotel and begin our tour with a visit to a real Dominican cigar factory, considered one of the best cigars in the world. Our tour participants will have the opportunity not only to see how the cigars are made, but also to make their own Dominican cigar.

Once this visit is over, we'll head to a truly spectacular location, the Anamuya Mountains, an area filled with jungle vegetation where coffee and cacao crops weave their way through the vegetation on the mountain slopes. It's here that we'll learn about the processes of caring for, harvesting, roasting, grinding, and so on, for both coffee and cacao. We'll also have the opportunity to taste these delicious products, and if you wish, we can even purchase some to take home.

During our leisurely walk through the plantations, we'll learn about other plants such as pineapple and vanilla, and much more about the various tropical fruits typical of the area. As if all this weren't enough, we'll have the opportunity to visit the plantation owners' traditional cottage, where they will offer us a delicious tasting of all these products.
