If a shared quad was booked but both customers exceed the maximum weight limit, the customers must upgrade to the individual quad option and pay the balance on site.
A test drive will be conducted to ensure that customers know how to safely drive an quad. If the customers do not pass the test drive, they must share a quad with a tour guide.
