Arena Seating Plans are indicative and subject to change at any time - per Event Organisers.
Your Concert ticket will be located in your selected category, with section/row confirmed upon ticket delivery. Requests will be noted, but are NOT guaranteed. Concert tickets are non-refundable. Seating guaranteed in pairs of 2, larger groups on request!
Concert tickets are digital event tickets, and are issued via ticketmaster. Tickets will be issued the week of the event, to your nominated email address. Tickets can be synced to your apple/google pay wallets. Tickets are unlikely to allow printing! Concert Tickets are not face value, and have not been purchased at face value.
Any applicable in-resort fees/city taxes are not included in your package cost and will be charged directly by the hotel.
It is your responsibility to make sure all of your travel documents are in order, and meet the required criteria for entry into the USA! Advice re: required documentation can be found on the Department of Foreign Affairs for Irish Passport holders. If a non-Irish passport holder, please refer to your relevant embassy.
If the concert is cancelled/postponed, you will be entitled to a refund for your event ticket - your flight & accommodation remains valid for your selected date.
