A Big Thank You from the Cassidy Travel Team for Your Great Feedback!

All the team at Cassidy Travel would like to offer our thanks for the understanding of our valued community during these uncertain times. The outbreak of Covid-19 has caused much disruption to our lives and the travel industry, and many of our customers have understandable concerns about upcoming travel plans and about making plans for the future. We deeply appreciate your patience, understanding and kind comments as we face this challenge together.

Our customers mean the world to us and that’s why we are all hands on deck to deal with your queries as soon as we can. All of our staff are working extremely hard to address any and all queries you have. Please bear with us: our priority is to take care of customers in need of immediate assistance or travelling in the upcoming weeks, so it may take some time for us to get to your query. But rest assured that we are working through enquiries by date of travel - we have not forgotten you and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We’ve been proud to serve the Irish community for over 35 years, we remain committed to providing the best possible service at all times for our community & customers. We’re here to assist during these extraordinary and challenging times.

Although these are challenging times it’s been really inspiring to see people from all walks of life rally together and help each other out! At Cassidy Travel, our shop staff have been at the front line helping to provide our customers with that all-important peace of mind; supporting many of you in returning home to Ireland and making changes to your holiday plans.

If you booked online, contact the web team on holidays@cassidytravel.ie with your booking reference and travel date in the subject line. Include the date you would like to reschedule to in your email. If you booked in-store, please contact the store you booked with.
