Probably one of the best three star hotels in Amsterdam ## Location This hotel is well located in the centre of Amsterdam, close to the Leidseplein, Holland casino, Kalverstraat and the PC Hoofsstraat which is the famous up market shopping street in Amsterdam. It is also close to the Museums and other tourist attractions. ## Distance 20 kms to the airport (schiphol airport) 70 kms to the airport (rotterdam the hague airport) 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (leidseplein) 2 km to the nearest station (central station) 2 km to the nearest fair site (rai amsterdam) ## Rooms The bedrooms are in very good condition and are all medium sized. They have a pale wood and blue colour scheme, plasma tv's, and are in immaculate condition. The bathrooms are also in good condition and the bedrooms offer some of the best 3 star accommodation that this city has to offer. ## Restaurant The restaurant is located on the ground floor and serves breakfast only although hot drinks are available throughout the day and are complimentary.. It is quite large and airy and rather attractive. ## Exterior The exterior is traditional and very well maintained. ## Lobby The reception area is actually very small with a slightly raised and very small seating area. However, through the bar which is next to the reception is a large lounge area which has plenty of seating and room to relax after a busy day sightseeing and which also doubles up in the morning as the breakfast room.
