The competition is a three-day match play event between teams of 12 players with a similar format to the Ryder Cup, with each match worth one point. The format is as follows:

Day 1 (Friday): Four foursomes (alternate shot) matches in a morning session and four fourball (better ball) matches in an afternoon session. A total of eight players from each team participate in each session.

Day 2 (Saturday): Four foursomes matches in a morning session and four fourball matches in an afternoon session. A total of eight players from each team participate in each session.

Day 3 (Sunday): 12 singles matches. All 12 players from each team participate.

With a total of 28 points, 14 1⁄2 points are required to win the Cup, and 14 points are required for the defending champion to retain the Cup. All matches are played to a maximum of 18 holes. If the score is even after 18 holes, each team earns one-half point.

Tickets include access to tournament grounds and various public seating options on course, with food and beverages available for purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited accommodation options in the 's-Hertogenbosch area, we are basing our accommodation in Amsterdam. Amsterdam Centraal Station to Den Bosch Station has a regular, direct service that takes just under an hour - with train tickets available to book in advance. You can also organise private transfers from Amsterdam, with travel times closer to 90 mins.

To support guests and create a sustainable tournament/experience - a central and accessible hub for those arriving by train or public transport is available. This transportation is available Monday - Sunday. From Den Bosch Station, you can reach the Solheim Cup venue by: Shuttle Bus - Approximately 12 km from the course (20 minutes travel time). Rental Bike - Pick up a rental bike near the station and enjoy a scenic 9 km ride (around 30 minutes). This is an ideal option for visitors arriving without a car, or traveling in by train, with flexible transport choices to suit your preferences.

IMPORTANT INFO

All Event Packages must include a minimum of 1-Nights’ Accommodation, or more - depending on selected duration. Additional night(s) accommodation may be added to your package at a supplement (subject to availability).

Event Tickets will be issued, electronically, 2-5 days prior to your selected event.

Any applicable in-resort fees/city taxes are not included in your package cost and will be charged directly by the hotel.
