Grand Canyon South Rim Bus Tour

Escape the bright lights and noise of Sin City and take a relaxing day out to one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World.

Hop on to a luxury coach and prepare for the ride of a lifetime! If you have a day free whilst staying in Las Vegas, you cannot miss the opportunity to visit the Grand Canyon. Sit back, relax and enjoy one of the most scenic routes in the world. Travel through the forbidding Mojave Desert and the dramatic landscapes of northern Arizona as you listen to the informative en-route narration.

As you arrive at the Grand Canyon, you will be taken back by the enormity of this natural masterpiece. Marvel at the layer upon layer of colours that adorn the walls of this breath-taking gorge carved as deep as 1.6km (1 mile) into the earth by a 446km-long (277 miles) stretch of the Colorado River. Stretching as far as the eye can see, the South Rim is the widest part of the canyon, reaching a width of up 29km (18 miles).

Satisfy your hunger with a tasty lunch at one of the local restaurants near-by to make your day an even more enjoyable experience.

If you have chosen the option ´Tour with IMAX Tickets´ you will gain a 30-minute unparalleled insider view into this Wonder of the World in detail on a 25m (84ft) wide cinematic screen. Learn all about the fascinating history of this natural wonder that took three to six million years to form and whose contours are continuously being altered by erosion.

A second option includes a 30-minute helicopter tour of the South Rim. Soar high above the Canyon, enjoying bird’s-eye views of the gorge and the mighty Colorado River below. This is Mother Nature at her very best – and a once in a lifetime experience you will never forget.
