Your game ticket will be located in the advertised category, with section/row confirmed upon ticket delivery. Game tickets are non-refundable. Seating is guaranteed in pairs of 2 - with larger groups on request but not guaranteed.
The NFL implements a "flexible scheduling" procedure throughout the season. This flexible scheduling means that while games are confirmed (except Week 18, which is currently TBC), they may still be subject to change for TV scheduling etc (IE. Moved from Sunday Afternoon to Monday Night). For the 2026 season, flexible scheduling will also include Sunday, Monday Night Football, as well as Thursday Night Football on a trial basis. If a scheduling change occurs, Cassidy Travel will notify you at the earliest convenience and review your booking accordingly - your booking will remain valid for the fixture selected.
Game Tickets are digital tickets, and are issued via ticketmaster. Tickets will be issued the week of the game, to your nominated email address. Tickets can be synced to your apple/google pay wallets. Tickets are unlikely to allow printing!
Game Tickets are not face value, and have not been purchased at face value.
Any applicable in-resort fees/city taxes are not included in your package cost and will be charged directly by the hotel.
It is your responsibility to make sure all of your travel documents are in order, and meet the required criteria for entry into the USA! Advice re: required documentation can be found on the Department of Foreign Affairs for Irish Passport holders. If a non-Irish passport holder, please refer to your relevant embassy.
