Important information

• Upon making reservation please advise the 3 slot preferred slots of your choice. And we will be issuing one of that accordingly. (each 60 minutes one slot for example: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4 PM, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm). 

• Children below 3 years free of charge.

• There may be a 30-minute wait before admission (Subject to crowd, clearance)

• Please arrive at the entrance prior to the entry time stated on your ticket

• Re-entry is not permitted

• Baby strollers must be placed at a designated area outside the venue before entering

• Pets, including guide dogs, are not permitted to enter the venue

• One of the areas on site has a mirror surface. Travelers are not recommended to wear skirts or wide-legged pants to the exhibition

• During rush hours, customers who have been on site for a long time may be asked by staff to move on

• Artworks might be closed under unforeseen circumstances

• Free Wi-Fi is provided in the venue for downloading apps that allows you to interact with the following artworks: The Infinite Crystal Universe and Floating in the Falling Universe of Flowers

• Wheelchair friendly. The staff will notify the suitable visit route and other notices before entry, and barrier-free lavatory is also available inside. For travelers who wish to bring their own wheelchairs, the staff on-site will put on the dust covers before entry

• The following works are not accessible for wheelchairs due to safety reasons: Waterfall of Light Particles at the Top of an Incline and Soft Black Hole - Your Body Becomes a Space that Influences Another Body.

• In case the booked day slot is not available. Team will be advising the alternative possible day to choose from. (Subject to availablity) or in other case the full refund will be offered. 

• Parking is not provided at the venue.

• Eating, drinking, or smoking on site is prohibited.
